Stay in a compact 30 m² designer studio in the heart of Cagliari, moments from Bastione di Saint Remy and the Marina district. Restaurants, cafés, independent shops and the historic centre are all within an easy walk, making this a simple base for discovering the city without a car.

Timber details, sage-green cabinetry and an arched window give the open-plan space its character. The studio sleeps two in a large double bed and includes a dining table, Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi and a useful workspace for short work trips.

The kitchenette has an induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine. Air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, linen, towels and beach essentials make both weekend and longer stays comfortable. The modern bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.

Please note before booking: the studio is on the first floor and is reached by stairs; there is no lift or private parking, though paid public and street parking are available nearby. The shower has a transparent partition facing the sleeping area, so visual privacy is limited. As this is a lively central location, normal city noise may occasionally be heard.
